We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team for a retail account based in Paranaque. As a CSR, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting with inquiries, providing solutions to issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling various customer interactions including phone calls, emails, and chat support.
*Responsibilities:*
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
– Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
– Achieve and maintain performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
