Santo Tomas General Hospital is offering an exciting Relief Duty opportunity on December 3rd, seeking qualified and experienced General Practitioners to join our dedicated team.

Date: December 03 (Sunday)

Time: 10:00 AM

Duration: 24 hours

Hospital Information:

• Primary Hospital
• No ICU
• No toxic cases (transfer immediately to nearby Tertiary hospital)

Compensation:

• Basic Professional Fee (PF): ₱4,000 for 24 hours
• Incentives with meals provided during duty (TID)
• Air-conditioned quarters with cable TV
• PF and incentives will be given immediately after duty

Additional Professional Fees:

• ER Consult: ₱150
• Admission: ₱180
• Newborn Admission: ₱100
• Suturing: ₱1,000 to ₱2,000
• FB Removal: ₱1,000 to ₱2,000
• Intubation: ₱1,500
• ROS (Review of Systems): ₱200
• IFC (Intravenous Fluid Challenge): ₱200
• NGT (Nasogastric Tube insertion): ₱200
• Discharge Summary: ₱50
• Abstract: ₱50
• Rapid Ag Signature: ₱50

Estimated Take-Home Pay:

• Usual take-home per 24-hour duty ranges from ₱6,000 to ₱8,000+
• Actual amount depends on the volume of patients and ER procedures conducted

Requirements:

• Valid medical license
• Relevant experience in General Practice
• Ability to handle emergency cases efficiently
