Job Description:
- Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, encompassing blood and urine analysis, microbiological cultures, molecular diagnostics, and chemical analyses.
- Collect, handle, and store samples with precision to ensure sample integrity throughout the testing process.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in adherence to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Analyze test results accurately and efficiently, promptly reporting findings to physicians and healthcare professionals for interpretation and diagnosis.
- Maintain meticulous records of tests performed, results obtained, and patient information, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to interpret test results, discuss patient conditions, and contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor quality control procedures, actively participate in proficiency testing, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in laboratory technology, procedures, and regulations through continuous education and professional development.
- Provide guidance and support to laboratory assistants and other staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and maintain a patient-centered approach, delivering the highest level of care and service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Current registration and license as a Medical Technologist.

- Proficiency in performing a broad range of tests, including hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and microbiology.
