Job Title: Chief Relationship Officer (CRO)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships to increase engagement and client base.
- Develop involvement in the provision of hospital services within the community.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Report regularly to the Director on partnership status.
- Develop a Corporate Marketing Plan (CMP).
- Assist with marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to align partner needs with hospital services.
- Monitor and address concerns affecting relations.
- Supervise staff.
- Ensure coordination with departments.
- Brief top management and provide technical advice.
- Promote Camillian mission.
- Regularly coordinate with Chief Marketing Officer.
- Perform other related functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
