IM – Nephrologist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our esteemed team at Sto. Domingo Family Health Care Clinic. Your expertise in nephrology will contribute to the improved health and quality of life of our community members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and screenings to diagnose kidney-related conditions.
• Interpret and analyze medical tests, including blood and urine samples, to assess kidney function.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease, kidney stones, and renal failure.
• Provide ongoing care and management for patients on dialysis or with kidney transplants.
• Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications to improve kidney health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients about kidney health, preventive measures, and the importance of compliance with treatment plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nephrology and adhere to industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients in compliance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
