Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Experience in conducting health assessments is a plus.
