Job Description
We are searching for a proactive and compassionate OSH Registered Nurse to play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of our workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering medical care, preventing workplace injuries, and promoting health awareness within our organization.
Location: Silang Cavite
Position Type: Retainer or Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees.
- Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs in line with OSH standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Safety and HR departments to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintain comprehensive health records and report on occupational health trends.
- Provide advice and guidance to management on health and safety matters.
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.
- OSH Accreditation is required.
- Proficient understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work as a retainer or full-time, based on company needs.
