OSH Registered Physician

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated OSH Registered Physician to ensure the health and safety of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical support, injury prevention, and health promotion programs within our organization.

Location: Silang Cavite

Position Type: Retainer or Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
• Provide immediate medical assistance in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs in compliance with OSH standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Safety and HR departments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate health records and report on occupational health trends.
• Advise management on health and safety issues.
• Promote a culture of safety and well-being among employees.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician.
• OSH Accreditation is required.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to work as a retainer or full-time, as per company needs.
