Aesthetic Nurse
Job Description
Deliver exceptional skin care services using state-of-the-art laser technology to enhance clients’ skin health and appearance. This role involves comprehensive client consultations, accurate skin assessments, and providing high-quality pre-treatment, treatment, and post-treatment care. You will also contribute to business growth by confidently recommending services, promoting packages, and upselling suitable treatments based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional skin care treatments utilizing advanced laser machines and aesthetic equipment.
Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to recommend appropriate procedures.
Ensure excellent client experience through attentive pre-care, treatment, and aftercare services.
Promote and sell services, special offers, and treatment packages.
Upsell treatment recommendations (e.g., suggesting laser procedures as an alternative to waxing) in a client-centric manner.

Compensation & Benefits
₱20,000 – ₱21,000 Basic Salary

8-hour shift plus 1-hour break

Paid training with 75%–90% of basic pay provided as training allowance

Qualifications
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year medical allied course
With or without prior experience as an Aesthetic Nurse (fresh graduates are welcome)
Willing to undergo training in aesthetic laser services
Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and skin care
Client-focused, professional, and eager to learn
