Liaison Officer

We are looking for goal-oriented and service-driven professionals to join us as Liaison Officer / HMO Staff, playing a vital role in ensuring efficient healthcare coordination and excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage healthcare utilization through thorough review of members’ medical history and clinical status.
Recommend cost-efficient healthcare providers when appropriate to optimize member benefits.
Review and scrutinize hospital billing statements, laboratory, and diagnostic requests prior to issuing approval codes.
Provide accurate guidance to members regarding benefit utilization and procedures within 24 hours of confinement.
Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns, delivering professional and courteous customer service at all times.
Maintain strong coordination with hospitals, clinics, and accredited healthcare facilities.
Conduct regular visits to partner healthcare institutions as operationally required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Medical Courses, or Business-related courses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
Willing to be assigned across different clinics and hospitals within Marikina.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
