Value Care Health Systems, Inc., one of the leading HMOs in the Philippines, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Liaison Officer / HMO Staff to join our Davao branch. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services and benefits to our members by coordinating with accredited facilities and providing efficient member assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate medical history and guide members toward cost-effective healthcare providers when applicable
Carefully review hospital billing statements and authorize appropriate diagnostic and laboratory procedures
Provide clear and professional instructions to clients regarding benefit availment, especially within the first 24 hours of confinement
Address member inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
Conduct regular on-site visits to accredited hospitals, clinics, and health facilities to strengthen coordination and relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, other Allied Medical Courses, or Business-related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Flexible and willing to travel across clinic and hospital assignments within Davao
