Dental Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Lay out instruments and materials prior to procedures, ensuring readiness for each treatment.
Sterilize and maintain dental tools and equipment.
Prepare and mix dental materials as required for treatments.
Provide support and reassurance to patients during procedures.
Coordinate with dentists, patients, and staff to foster a positive clinical environment.
Manage stock control and inventory duties.
Capture patient photos before and after treatments.
Qualifications:
College undergraduate or Senior High School graduate.
Preferably residing in Calamba, Laguna or nearby areas.
Willing to be trained and eager to learn.
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team environment.
