Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid and current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- With or without clinical experience in Hemodialysis (HD). Training will be provided for those without experience.
- Strong passion for patient care and well-being.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible and open to working in both Bicutan and Makati City.
- Willingness to undergo training and start as soon as possible.
- Newly board passers are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dialysis procedures under the guidance of nephrologists and senior nursing staff.
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and self-care.
