Roles & Responsibilities
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including physicians and pharmacists in your assigned territory.
• Educate HCPs on our innovative medical products, emphasizing their key features and the benefits they provide to patient care.
• Identify new business opportunities and innovate strategies to increase the usage of our products.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date product information to HCPs, aiding them in making informed decisions.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to HCPs, skillfully communicating the value proposition of our products.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve set goals.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities.
• Regularly travel within your assigned territory to meet with HCPs.
Requirements
• Must be a graduate of 4-year courses; a Bachelor’s degree in allied medical sciences and marketing courses is a plus.
• Fresher graduates are welcome to apply.
• Past experience (1-2 years) in pharmaceutical or medical sales, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Must be able to start immediately.
