{"id":15306,"date":"2023-08-03T07:59:25","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T07:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/doctorjobs.today\/ph\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=15306"},"modified":"2024-10-09T06:34:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T06:34:59","slug":"laguna-indutrial-health-clinic-laguna-full-time-clinic-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/doctorjobs.today\/ph\/job\/laguna-indutrial-health-clinic-laguna-full-time-clinic-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"CLINIC SUPERVISOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a Clinic Supervisor at our esteemed medical facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic while providing excellent service to our clients and patients.<\/p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitor daily attendance and ensure all stations are manned promptly at 8 am.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage lunch decking for stations with multiple staff to maintain continuous operations.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Evaluate staff performance on a monthly basis.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinate and schedule doctor&#8217;s appointments, finding appropriate relievers when necessary.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Document and address negative feedback, complaints, and client concerns directed at staff.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ensure all departments accomplish their weekly objectives.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oversee the weekly release of medical results, monitoring transmittal, delivery, and resolving backlogs.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage compliance log and ensure all required compliance is transmitted.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Implement and monitor the 5S Program for clinic organization and cleanliness.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supervise the performance of all employees under the Pulong Branch.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitor the weekly validity of equipment, especially those requiring calibration.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist patients in the pre-employment process.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Support management in marketing to acquire new clients.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Attend meetings with clients as needed.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist department heads in processing work requirements such as permits, licenses, and NEQAS.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Perform Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Audiometry procedures.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Conduct Pulmonary Function tests (PFT).<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Man the Information area if necessary.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Process HMO approvals for consultation and diagnostic procedures.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist doctors with Pap smears.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Communicate with clients and respond to clinic queries or complaints.<\/li><\/ul><p>Qualifications:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Education: Preferably a graduate of any medical-related course.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Skills and Training: Proficient in using MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and good problem-solving skills.
