If you\u2019re looking for a residency experience that allows you to maintain your work-life balance while gaining comprehensive training, we encourage you to apply.<\/p>\n<p>As a participant in our Practice-Based Residency Program, you will experience a well-rounded and hands-on approach to family and community medicine. This program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your medical career, all while allowing you the flexibility to work outside the hospital during your free days.<\/p>\n<p>Weekly Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>One (24) Hours Duty<br \/>\nTwo (2) Hours OPD<br \/>\nRegular Saturday Didactics Conference<\/p>\n<p>Key Program Highlights:<\/p>\n<p>A 4-year, fully accredited Family and Community Medicine Residency Program.<br \/>\nComprehensive benefits package including SSS, Philhealth, and PAGIBIG, all provided free for residents and their primary dependents.<br \/>\nIncremental Salary.<br \/>\nAccessible and supportive team of Consultants and Residents.<br \/>\n13th and 14th-month pay free of tax.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Medical degree from an accredited institution.<br \/>\nValid medical license.<br \/>\nA strong commitment to family and community medicine.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nEnthusiasm for learning and dedication to the residency program.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss this opportunity to gain valuable experience in a practice-based setting while enjoying the benefits of our exceptional residency program.
