\nOVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:<\/p>\n
Act as an Orthopedic Technician who provides technical support to Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners in delivering standard orthopedic practice and assisting in routine surgical procedures. All work is performed under the supervision of a physician or appropriate licensed practitioner.<\/p>\n
Responsible for implementation and coordination of sales and marketing-related strategies per the company’s recommended methods and guidelines towards achieving sales and marketing goals in the territory.<\/p>\n
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:<\/p>\n
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.<\/p>\n
Serves as the primary contact person for orthopedic support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service technical support.
\nEducates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to keep all customers abreast of the latest developments, recommended therapies, technological updates, and current items of interest in the industry.
\nAttends surgical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with PSI orthopedics products.
\nEnsures proper and timely sales ordering and submission of required documentation needed for sales process and collection by the Company\u2019s policy and procedure.
\nInvestigate and report any discrepancies found in inventory.
\nReporting of defective products discovered.
\nCheck date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal & transfer of products as needed.
\nCoordinate closely with customer service & logistics department.
\nTimely submission of case reports (product used in cases).
\nJob Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any four-allied medical course.
\nWith at least 1-2 years as a Medical Representative in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries.
\nMust possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
\nPassionate, result-oriented, self-motivated, positive and proactive
\nWilling to travel and do field work as required.
