Role Description<\/p>\n
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Supervisor at Calamba Medical Center located in Calamba. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff, providing leadership and guidance, monitoring patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
\nRegistered Nurse
\nGraduate of Master of Arts in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing
\nNursing Management and Nursing skills
\nExperience in critical care medicine and patient care
\nKnowledge of medicine and healthcare practices
\nStrong leadership and communication skills
\nAbility to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations
\nExperience in a supervisory role is preferred
\nPreferably with related working experience.
\nWith leadership abilities and decision making skills
\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
