\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
1. Perform job functions consistent with the Hospital\u2019s mission and vision statements and witnesses the BHSMC core values in the discharge of his functions.<\/p>\n
2. Assist and addresses queries regarding processing of PhilHealth requirements and policies to members and\/or patients.<\/p>\n
3. Organize and coordinate with processors and frontlines for the completion of PhilHealth requirements.<\/p>\n
4. Ensure the completeness of claim forms especially the doctor\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n
5. Screen and examine the PhilHealth Claims prior to transmittal.<\/p>\n
6. Print transmittal letter and sends transmittal claims to PhilHealth office.<\/p>\n
7. Secure inventory records of PhilHealth members.<\/p>\n
8. Responsible for putting CTC or certified true copy of diagnostic and procedures of all discharged patients to medical records sections.<\/p>\n
9. Responsible in coordinating with PhilHealth Office to collect if the institute has a disapproved, RTH or denied claims.<\/p>\n
10. Encode and update entries of patients\u2019 PhilHealth information using the Hospital Information System.<\/p>\n
11. Print CSF and CF2 Forms and ensures that all entries are complete and correct.<\/p>\n
12. Scans all documents necessary for PhilHealth E-Claims transaction; and<\/p>\n
13. Perform other PhilHealth related duties assigned.<\/p>\n
14. Advise medical providers, claimants and others on rule, procedures, policies and laws concerning the insurance program.<\/p>\n
15. Update the patients\u2019 master file with contract information.<\/p>\n
16. Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and\/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.<\/p>\n
