Lynderm Facial Center & Day Spa is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Branch Nurse \/ Supervisor to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on aesthetic nursing responsibilities with operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, skilled in basic aesthetic procedures, and capable of managing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure service quality and business performance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nClinical & Aesthetic Duties:<\/p>\n
Perform aesthetic skin treatments including facials, glutathione (gluta) procedures, and IV insertions<\/p>\n
Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and patient safety standards<\/p>\n
Provide skincare consultations and explain treatment protocols to clients<\/p>\n
Maintain patient records and assist in post-treatment care<\/p>\n
Branch Operations & Supervision:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency<\/p>\n
Monitor and guide staff performance to uphold clinic standards<\/p>\n
Ensure monthly sales targets and profitability goals are achieved<\/p>\n
Address client concerns and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Prepare reports on sales, staff attendance, and operational issues for management<\/p>\n
Training & Development:
\n30-day training program provided, with training allowance<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:
\nGender: Female preferred<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree (Nursing preferred)<\/p>\n
Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (aesthetic or dermatology background is a plus)<\/p>\n
Language: Proficient in English<\/p>\n
License\/Certification: Nursing license (preferred but not mandatory)<\/p>\n
Compensation & Benefits:
\nCompetitive base salary: Php 20,000 \u2013 Php 25,000\/month<\/p>\n
