Kaiser Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral in delivering exceptional patient experiences by providing front-line support and assisting in the efficient operation of our medical facility. You will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a critical role in ensuring their comfort, care, and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nWelcome and guide patients with professionalism and warmth upon arrival<\/p>\n
Assist with patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes<\/p>\n
Respond to patient questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation<\/p>\n
Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff to streamline patient care<\/p>\n
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for medical staff<\/p>\n
Support administrative operations including inventory management and office supplies<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and safety procedures<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills
\nStrong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for patient care<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry<\/p>\n
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting<\/p>\n
Upholds integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times<\/p>\n
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is an advantage<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in healthcare services is a plus<\/p>\n
