We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team and deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
\nDeliver high-quality direct and indirect nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards and protocols.
\nConduct patient assessments to identify nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans.
\nPlan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\nFacilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes efficiently and professionally.
\nMonitor, record, and report patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments or medications.
\nAdminister prescribed medications and treatments while accurately documenting patient responses.
\nAssist physicians during patient examinations, diagnostic tests, and therapeutic procedures.
\nPerform nursing procedures such as catheterization, irrigation, IV therapy, enemas, wound care, and other clinical interventions as required.
\nObserve strict infection prevention and medical asepsis standards to maintain patient safety.
\nProvide essential bedside care, including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and ensuring proper patient body alignment and comfort.
\nAddress patients\u2019 emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs to promote holistic healing and recovery.
\nServe as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and hospital personnel to ensure clear communication and coordinated care.
\nEducate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, therapy, rehabilitation, and preventive health practices.
\nEnsure proper handling, care, and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
\nMentor and guide newly hired nursing personnel and serve as Head Nurse when delegated.
\nAttend meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance clinical competencies.
\nPerform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support departmental and organizational goals.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
\nMust hold a valid PRC Nursing License.
\nPreferably with prior hospital or clinical nursing experience.
\nMust possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
\nCompletion of IV Therapy Training (IVT) is required.
\nStrong clinical judgment, communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
\nWork Schedule:
\n8-hour or 12-hour shifting schedule, depending on operational requirements and staffing needs.<\/p>\n
