We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse \/ Professional Laser Specialist to join our growing team. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will do more than simply operate laser equipment\u2014you will become a trusted skincare professional, helping clients achieve visible, long-term results through personalized treatments and expert guidance. Key Responsibilities:
\nPerform laser and aesthetic treatments with exceptional precision, safety, and attention to detail.
\nConduct professional client consultations to assess skin concerns, explain procedures, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
\nBuild strong and lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service and visible treatment outcomes.
\nEducate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, skincare practices, and long-term maintenance for optimal results.
\nContinuously learn, train, and improve technical expertise in laser technology, aesthetic procedures, and skincare science.
\nRecommend treatments and services that genuinely align with clients\u2019 goals, needs, and skin health requirements.
\nMaintain strict compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety procedures during all treatments.
\nCollaborate with team members to create a welcoming, professional, and client-focused environment.
\nUphold the highest standards of service excellence, professionalism, and ethical aesthetic practice.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nGraduate of Nursing or any Medical-Allied course.
\nStrong passion for aesthetic medicine, skincare science, and laser technology.
\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering treatments correctly, safely, and professionally.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
\nCoachable, proactive, and eager to continuously improve technical skills and professional knowledge.
\nCustomer-focused mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional treatment experiences and results.
\nPrevious experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or laser treatments is an advantage but not required.
