We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our San Mateo Branch in Rizal. As Clinic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and the continuous delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
\nLead and oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless workflows and an exceptional patient experience.
\nManage and develop clinic personnel through effective recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
\nMonitor and analyze branch performance, including budgeting, expense management, revenue generation, and overall profitability.
\nEnsure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and quality assurance requirements.
\nImplement and maintain clinical governance practices, patient safety initiatives, and infection prevention and control protocols.
\nCollaborate closely with healthcare providers and support teams to optimize patient flow, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
\nDevelop and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and increase patient acquisition.
\nPrepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial outcomes, and key patient service indicators to senior leadership.
\nFoster strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, business partners, and community stakeholders to support the clinic’s growth and reputation.
\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies that promote operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related field. Additional qualifications in healthcare administration are an advantage.
\nA bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable for this role.
\nMinimum 2 years of healthcare management experience in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or other healthcare facility.
\nPrevious experience managing operations within a primary care, multispecialty clinic, or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
\nDemonstrated success in managing clinic operations, leading teams, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
\nStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
\nSolid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards within the Philippine healthcare system.
\nProficiency in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical teams.
\nStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
\nWillingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.<\/p>\n
