We Hope Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Registered Nurse to join our Famy Chemotherapy Center. Key Responsibilities
\nClinical Care & Chemotherapy Administration
\nSafely prepare and administer chemotherapy agents, supportive medications, and prescribed treatments in accordance with established protocols.
\nMonitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusions to ensure treatment safety and effectiveness.
\nAssess, identify, and promptly manage adverse reactions, treatment complications, and emergency situations.
\nAssist physicians during patient assessments, procedures, and treatment planning.
\nPatient Education & Support
\nEducate patients and their families on chemotherapy treatments, potential side effects, symptom management, and post-treatment care.
\nProvide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.
\nPromote patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being through individualized nursing care.
\nDocumentation & Compliance
\nMaintain accurate and timely nursing records, treatment documentation, and patient care reports.
\nEnsure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, occupational health and safety standards, and cytotoxic drug handling guidelines.
\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
\nValid PRC Nursing License.
\nClinical or hospital nursing experience is preferred.
\nKnowledge of patient care, IV insertion, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
\nExperience in oncology or chemotherapy nursing is an advantage.
\nStrong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
\nCompassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.<\/p>\n
