Key Responsibilities
\nAssess, monitor, and provide respiratory care interventions to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.
\nAdminister oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other prescribed respiratory procedures.
\nOperate, monitor, and maintain respiratory care equipment, including ventilators and related devices.
\nAssist physicians and healthcare teams in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory disorders.
\nMonitor patient responses to therapy and accurately document treatment outcomes.
\nEducate patients and families on respiratory care plans, treatments, and disease management.
\nEnsure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection prevention protocols.
\nCollaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
\nValid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
\nRelevant clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
\nNewly licensed Respiratory Therapists and fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
\nStrong commitment to patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.
\nExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and as part of a multidisciplinary team.<\/p>\n
