We Hope Medical Group is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Chemotherapy Center in Caloocan. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients by ensuring the safe administration of chemotherapy, monitoring patient conditions, delivering education, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities
\nSafely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications according to physician orders and established protocols.
\nMonitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort.
\nRecognize, respond to, and document adverse reactions or medical emergencies promptly.
\nEducate patients and their families on chemotherapy procedures, potential side effects, home care, and follow-up treatment.
\nMaintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, patient records, and treatment reports.
\nFollow infection prevention, occupational health, and cytotoxic medication handling protocols at all times.
\nAssist physicians with patient assessments, clinical procedures, and treatment planning.
\nCollaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate oncology care.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
\nValid Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License.
\nClinical or hospital nursing experience is preferred.
\nStrong knowledge of patient care, IV insertion, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
\nCompassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
\nMust currently reside in or be willing to work in Caloocan.<\/p>\n
