We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care across various clinical departments, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities
\nDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards.
\nReceive and endorse patient information during shift handovers, ensuring continuity of care with special attention to critical, pre-operative, post-operative, and newly admitted patients.
\nMonitor, assess, and accurately document patients’ vital signs and clinical conditions, reporting significant changes promptly.
\nParticipate in physicians’ rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
\nAdminister prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring accurate documentation and medication safety.
\nCarry out physicians’ orders, communicate updates effectively, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless patient care.
\nPrepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and other medical interventions.
\nAssist physicians during examinations, treatments, wound care, and other clinical procedures.
\nProvide essential bedside nursing care, including hygiene assistance, repositioning, and maintaining patient comfort.
\nMaintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care protocols.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nRegistered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
\nMinimum of 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience.
\nWilling to be assigned to different clinical areas, including Emergency Room (ER), Ward, NICU, Operating Room (OR), ICU, and HDU.
\nCertified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); additional nursing-related training and certifications are an advantage.
\nStrong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
\nAvailable to start immediately.<\/p>\n
