Aesthetic Clinic Assistant
Job Description
Dr HAACH is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to support our medical aesthetic team in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and clients prior to procedures to ensure a professional and comfortable experience.
Assist doctors during aesthetic treatments and provide clear post-treatment care instructions to clients.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and billing documentation.
Manage client enquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth.
Support product dispensing, billing, and the promotion of services and treatment packages.
Ensure high standards of clinic hygiene, stock control, and daily equipment checks.
Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail.
A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
