Healthway Medical Group is looking for a Nurse (Paediatric) to join as a full time employee in Bukit Panjang!
Job Description:
– Perform general nursing duties which includes performing of clinical procedure/patient’s vital signs monitoring
– Ensure delivery of safe and competent nursing care in compliance with nursing standards of practice
– Ensure a high standard of customer service
– Assist Doctors with the provision of treatment and patient examinations
– Maintain regular checks on drugs and essential / emergency equipment
– Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
– Provide assistance to the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic
– Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations
– Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
– Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as drug/consumable ordering/stock-take/payment
– Provide information / education to patients and family members
– Perform other nursing-related duties, or ad-hoc departmental task/activities as assigned
Job Requirements:
– Possess a NITEC in Nursing
– Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practising Certificate
– Experience in O&G set-up preferred
– Excellent teamwork & people, observational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations
– Good interpersonal skills
– 5.5 days work week – half day on Sat and including 2 evening sessions per week (Monday and Thursday)
