Roles & Responsibilities
– Perform tasks related to front-desk duties such as Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
– Attend to patient inquiries effectively and ensure prompt services
– Provide assistance to Doctors in performing chaperone duties and executing simple medical procedures
– Undertake administrative duties like claims submission, stock audit, and Clinic audit
– Deliver a commendable patient care experience in line with Healthway Medical Group’s philosophy
– Perform other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
– Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent educational qualification required
– Good interpersonal communication skills are a must
– Excellent customer-service mindset to deliver the best patient care experience
– Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
– Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
– Full Time and Part Time roles available
– Full Time staff need to commit 44 hours per week, on a 5.5 day work week
– Willingness to work over the weekends and undertake night shifts.
