Medical Centre Nurse

Minmed Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Centre Nurse to support daily clinical operations and deliver high-quality nursing care. The role involves assisting in medical procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring accurate documentation within the medical centre.

Key Responsibilities
Manage patient registration and maintain accurate medical records
Administer vaccinations and ensure proper documentation of vaccination records
Dispense medications and provide clear usage instructions to patients
Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency resuscitations
Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth clinic workflow
Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
Requirements
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Valid nursing license from the relevant authority
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical centre
Proficient in patient registration systems and medical record management
Experience in vaccination administration and medication dispensing
Skilled in assisting medical procedures and emergency care
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Patient-oriented with a professional and compassionate approach
Able to report to work at 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays
Willing to be based in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore
