Staff Nurse
Job Description
NOVI Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our specialist clinic team. As part of our commitment to precision preventive care, you will play a key role in delivering patient-centric services within a collaborative, tech-enabled healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality nursing care and maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
Monitor, trace, and follow up on laboratory results and medical reports
Administer vaccinations and injections as required
Assist physicians in clinical procedures and medication dispensing
Provide patient and caregiver education, counselling, and follow-up care
Address patient queries and ensure a positive clinic experience
Support inventory control through stock-taking and ordering of medical supplies
Requirements:
Possess NITEC, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or specialist setting
Proven phlebotomy skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
A responsible team player with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
