Roles & Responsibilities
\n– Perform tasks related to front-desk duties such as Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
\n– Attend to patient inquiries effectively and ensure prompt services
\n– Provide assistance to Doctors in performing chaperone duties and executing simple medical procedures
\n– Undertake administrative duties like claims submission, stock audit, and Clinic audit
\n– Deliver a commendable patient care experience in line with Healthway Medical Group’s philosophy
\n– Perform other duties as and when assigned.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n– Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent educational qualification required
\n– Good interpersonal communication skills are a must
\n– Excellent customer-service mindset to deliver the best patient care experience
\n– Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n– Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
\n– Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
\n– Full Time and Part Time roles available
\n– Full Time staff need to commit 44 hours per week, on a 5.5 day work week
\n– Willingness to work over the weekends and undertake night shifts.<\/p>\n
