Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispending of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
\nAssists doctors\/nurses with the provision of treatment and patient examiniations.
\nEnsure a high standard of customer service.
\nProvide assistance to the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the clinic.
\nHandle claims such as TPA (Third-Party), Medisave, Insurance and other documentations.
\nEnsure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
\nInvolve in administrative functions relating to work areas such as stationary\/drug\/consumable ordering\/stock-take.
\nPerform other ad-hoc departmental tasks\/activities as assigned by the management.

Candidate must possess at least a Primary\/Secondary School\/”O” Level, Diploma, Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
\nAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
\nExcellent teamwork & people skills.
