The role involves assisting in medical procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring accurate documentation within the medical centre.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nManage patient registration and maintain accurate medical records
\nAdminister vaccinations and ensure proper documentation of vaccination records
\nDispense medications and provide clear usage instructions to patients
\nAssist doctors during medical procedures and emergency resuscitations
\nSupport administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth clinic workflow
\nMaintain high standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
\nRequirements
\nDiploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
\nValid nursing license from the relevant authority
\nMinimum 1\u20132 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical centre
\nProficient in patient registration systems and medical record management
\nExperience in vaccination administration and medication dispensing
\nSkilled in assisting medical procedures and emergency care
\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
\nPatient-oriented with a professional and compassionate approach
\nAble to report to work at 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays
\nWilling to be based in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore
