As a General Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care while ensuring compliance with clinical governance standards and contributing to the efficient operation of the clinic.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nDeliver professional and comprehensive General Practice (GP) services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients of all age groups.
\nAssess, manage, and provide evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic medical conditions.
\nPrepare and complete accurate medical reports for patients attended by locum doctors and\/or yourself, ensuring timely documentation and continuity of care.
\nMaintain precise and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
\nOversee and manage clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines, and medical consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimal utilization before expiry.
\nUphold the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and professional ethics in daily practice.
\nEnsure adherence to all relevant healthcare legislation, regulations, guidelines, and government directives that may be implemented from time to time.
\nSupport and guide clinical staff to maintain full compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
\nCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
\nContribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality, patient experience, and overall clinic performance.
\nRequirements
\nBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent medical qualification recognized in Singapore.
\nFully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with a valid practising status.
\nStrong clinical judgment with the ability to manage a broad range of primary healthcare cases independently.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
\nDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high standards of medical care.
