Healthway Medical Group is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Clinic Executive \/ Patient Service Associate to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.<\/p>\n
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting healthcare professionals in providing quality care.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nManage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, crowd management, and handling enquiries via phone and in person.
\nProvide administrative support to doctors and clinical teams to ensure efficient clinic workflow and optimal patient care.
\nDispense medications accurately in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
\nProcess and manage Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims, MediSave claims, insurance claims, and other related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
\nAssist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations and achieving performance objectives, with support from the Operations Department.
\nDeliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient concerns professionally and ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels of medications, medical supplies, and equipment through regular stock checks and timely replenishment.
\nEnsure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and presentable in accordance with operational and infection control standards.
\nSupport the implementation of clinic policies, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nDiploma in any discipline, GCE ‘A’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level, or Higher NITEC qualification.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric and service-oriented mindset.
\nA collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
\nGood computer literacy and proficiency in using digital systems and applications.
\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
\nWillingness to work a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
\nCandidates with relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.<\/p>\n
