RSPAL dr. Ramelan (formerly Marine Hospital Surabaya) is an Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) military hospital founded on 7 August 1950 in Surabaya, East Java. Classified as a Type A / Level I TNI facility under the Ministry of Defence, it is the largest referral hospital for military personnel in Eastern Indonesia. The hospital offers comprehensive specialist and sub-specialist medical services across 44 outpatient polyclinics, 653 inpatient beds, and advanced units including cardiac care, haemodialysis, radiotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It also serves as a teaching hospital in collaboration with Universitas Airlangga.
