Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah

The Clinical Research Centre Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Star (CRC HSBAS), also known as CRC Kedah, has been an integral part of Kedah since 2006. As a key player in the Network of Clinical Research Centres under the Ministry of Health (MOH), CRC HSBAS is dedicated to conducting quality and ethical research aimed at enhancing patient outcomes in Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital, Alor Star. Emphasizing support for both Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) and Industry Sponsored Research (ISR), CRC Kedah collaborates closely with the Kedah State Health Department, anticipating a surge in IIR and ISR for the entire state. Notably, CRC Kedah actively manages the National Cancer Patient Registry: Colorectal Cancer (NCPR-CC) and the National ORL Registry (NORL).
