Medical Doctor l Clinic Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Doctor to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across both in-clinic and digital platforms. This role focuses on comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and collaborative healthcare delivery aligned with Alpro Clinic’s commitment to excellence and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage acute & chronic conditions
Deliver preventive care services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling
Perform minor medical procedures within primary care scope
Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to formulate effective treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in EMR systems
Build long-term doctor–patient relationships ensuring continuity of care
Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes
Provide empathetic, patient-focused care aligned with clinic service standards
Collaborate with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals for integrated care
Support telehealth services, including teleconsultation, reporting, and remote patient management
Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and professional development
Contribute to improving clinical workflows and patient experience
Support clinic performance in patient satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality
Assist in projects, initiatives, and operational improvements as required

Requirements & Qualifications
Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)
Valid registration with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and APC
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
Experience in primary care and preventive medicine preferred
Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMR systems is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-centric, empathetic, and professional approach
