We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team and provide outstanding nursing care across our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established clinical standards.
Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the attending physician.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately and safely.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery, and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
