We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Permanent Dental Associate (Person-In-Charge) to join our growing team in Langkawi and build a rewarding long-term career in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Perform general dental procedures while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide outstanding patient experiences.

Requirements
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS) or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and eligibility to practice in Malaysia.
Strong clinical competency and commitment to patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
Willing to relocate to or work in Langkawi.
Compensation & Rewards
Attractive Income Package
Basic Salary: RM 9,000 per month
OR
Commission Structure: 60:40 (whichever is higher)
Long-Term Rewards
1% commission increment for every 3 years of service.
1% profit-sharing entitlement based on total clinic sales for every 3 years of service.
