Radiographer

Borneo Medical Centre (BMC) is looking for a dedicated and competent Radiographer to join our growing healthcare team. We are seeking a passionate professional committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.

As a Radiographer at BMC, you will play a vital role in supporting accurate diagnosis and treatment through advanced imaging services, working collaboratively with radiologists, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in a modern hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and other radiographic examinations in accordance with physician requests and clinical protocols
Operate, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of radiology equipment to deliver accurate imaging results
Ensure correct patient positioning, safety, and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Prepare and maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
Adhere to hospital policies, radiation safety standards, and infection control procedures
Collaborate closely with radiologists, doctors, and healthcare teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment planning
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or equivalent qualification
Relevant clinical experience in radiography preferred
Registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
Strong technical knowledge of radiographic procedures and imaging protocols
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
