Borneo Medical Centre (BMC) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an Ultrasonographer, you will play a key role in supporting accurate diagnosis through high-quality ultrasound imaging while collaborating closely with radiologists, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and physician requests
Operate and maintain ultrasound imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and image accuracy
Assist radiologists and physicians in diagnostic procedures when required
Ensure accurate patient identification, positioning, and comfort during examinations
Prepare clear and precise imaging documentation and maintain proper patient records
Adhere to hospital standards, radiation safety protocols, and infection control procedures
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Imaging, Radiography, or equivalent qualification
Relevant clinical experience in ultrasonography preferred
Strong technical knowledge of ultrasound procedures and imaging protocols
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, responsible, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
