Full Time Clinic Assistant/ Nurse
Job Description
The Clinic Assistant/Nurse at Evergreen Medical Clinic plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, and overall clinic readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Register patients, manage appointments, and ensure smooth patient flow
Take vital signs and assist with basic triage
Support doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures
Ensure clinic is opened and closed punctually, with full operational readiness each day
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper setup of consultation and treatment areas
Assist in medication dispensing and stock management (under supervision)
Handle billing, payment collection, and daily cash reconciliation
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Respond to patient/customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp, or social media
Assist in basic marketing activities and content creation
Support management of social media platforms (posting, updates, engagement)
Help respond to online enquiries and improve patient communication experience
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent (clinic experience preferred)
Punctual, responsible, and reliable in daily attendance and clinic operations
Basic computer literacy (training provided for clinic systems)
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required

Able to converse in Mandarin (advantage)
Basic Bahasa Melayu and English required
