Staff Nurse / Medical Assistant

Seeking Full-Time Staff Nurse or MA needed for Clinic setting.

Administrative

• Greet and register patients who come to the clinic;
• Managing insurance and panel claims;
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
• Scheduling Patient Appointments.

Clinical

• Prepares equipment and assists the doctor during examinations and treatments;
• Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications;
• Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs;
• Maintaining patient records;
• May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population;
• May oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.

Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing/Diploma Pembantu Perubatan with valid APC
• Be able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay;
• Good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and well-disciplined;
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, and able to work in a team;
• Able to work in shifts.
