Key responsibilities

Operate radiographic equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established safety protocols and quality standards

Position patients correctly for imaging studies and ensure optimal image quality for clinical interpretation

Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment, performing routine quality assurance checks

Adhere to radiation safety regulations and ensure appropriate use of protective equipment

Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparation, vital sign monitoring and general clinical procedures

Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, patient information and equipment maintenance logs

Manage clinic scheduling and patient flow to optimise clinic operations

Support administrative tasks including patient registration, data entry and appointment management

Ensure proper sterilisation and maintenance of clinic equipment and facilities

Provide patient education regarding imaging procedures and post-procedure care instructions
