Aesthetic Consultant/ Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns and beauty goals.
Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and treatment packages tailored to individual client needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized care.
Work closely with doctors to recommend appropriate treatment plans for each client.
Follow up with clients after treatments, coordinate aftercare, and encourage regular treatment plans to achieve optimal results.
Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required.
Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team members to achieve branch sales and service objectives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is an advantage.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, skincare, and customer care.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
Customer-focused with a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Weekdays

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
5.5 rest days per month (excluding public holidays).
