Locum Dentist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Dentist to join our team on a full-time or locum basis. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent dental care and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide top-quality dental services in line with professional standards and standard operating procedures while addressing the individual medical needs of each patient.
– Develop personalized treatment plans for all patients, ensuring they receive value-added care and optimal outcomes.
– Diagnose dental conditions and provide appropriate treatments, including preventive and restorative care.
– Accurately document diagnoses, treatment plans, progress, and before/after photos in patient medical records.
– Implement strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and the community.
– Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
– Prioritize patient welfare, ensuring fair and empathetic treatment.
– Collaborate effectively with other medical and non-medical staff members in the clinic to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
– Educate patients on their dental health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, while promoting value-added services.
– Ensure all dental treatments provided have medical efficacy and align with best practices.

Requirements
– Minimum 1 year of experience in dentistry (orthodontic experience preferred)
– Must possess valid MDC & APC certification
– Strong clinical and communication skills
– Patient-focused and professional attitude
